[[As a wizard-born student, Jei would be familiar with the main drummer of the Weird Sisters. Congratulations, Lilie, he took you seriously! XD]]

We'll make 'em all crazy!

*pauses and considers some of his professors* Well, crazier than they already are.

You mean on purpose?

..Exxxxxxcellent. Can you play the bagpipes? You could be Gideon Crumb.

[identity profile] oncefuturehero.livejournal.com 2008-06-12 08:24 am (UTC)(link)
No, I don't think I could pass for Gideon Crumb, maybe we should make our own band. I've got an ocarina and an enthusiastic parrot...

And I could make it rain in the Great Hall, but I'm sure someone would beat me up for it.

What's an ocarina?

*slight show of teeth* They shouldn't let anyone get beaten up. Make it rain on the teachers. They won't do that.

[identity profile] oncefuturehero.livejournal.com 2008-06-12 08:36 am (UTC)(link)
It's kind of like a flute, I guess.

That would be funny, but I can't really control it, and there'd be no way to make it just rain specifically over the teacher's table. It sort of rains wherever I play the song. And I've already annoyed pretty much all of Gryffindor when I did it by accident.

Oh, a wind instrument. *showing off his knowledge from Paul's music class; pauses* A wind and rain instrument?

I didn't know they could make something like that... Does it have a charm on it?

[identity profile] oncefuturehero.livejournal.com 2008-06-12 09:34 am (UTC)(link)
Actually, no. It's not the ocarina that does it, it's the music. The one that makes it rain is called the Song of Storms.

I'm not sure how someone managed to convert a spell to musical notes, but they did.

A musical spell.... *fascinated* Would it work if I played it?
