*After the incident back in California, Paul is a little hesitant, but after a few seconds of quick thought he hurries after th boy. He wants to be sure the kid gets to where he's going... And if he doesn't get there in time, he could see if the kid wouldn't perhaps follow him like before, if so he could be sure to lead him somewhere 'safe'*

*glances warily up toward the sky, even with the potions he took the dwindling sunlight itched on his skin, but he ignored the discomfort as he stalked after Jei... Though once he noticed the kid was heading toward the courtyard he started to get a better idea of where he was headed, remembering (a bit wistfully) the conversation he'd had before with Dwayne about all this*

*quickens his pace a bit to work on catching up a bit closer to Jei, though he's pretty sure he knows the kid's end destination, he wasn't positive on how to get from where he was to there the way the kid was heading, though Dwayne had said before it had something to do with that annoying tree*
