Lost

*huddled in a corner on the seventh floor, arms held tightly around knees, between a torch pillar and a suit of armor which occasionally emits a bored, rusty creak as it shifts in place*

*all he remembers about the last few days are the words that he said: immortal soul, chosen emissary; words that, now, he doesn't understand... and a feeling of true knowledge -- of ultimate confidence.....*

*..and unlike most of the time, he doesn't know what it was that he became, but... it felt good.....*



*..and he would write about why, if only he hadn't lost his journal*

*Walks down the hallway when she sees a familar shape all huddled. She takes out his torn journal from her satchel, walkis to him and crouching down, she softly touches his shoulder*

*has been wandering the halls and lesser used sections of the castle, trying to keep away from the students and other staff as much as possible, after the previous few days events, as well as the stress of the aftermath and worrying over everything had made him oddly very very quiet and reflective*

*glances up and spots Jei, he nearly tries to silently slink past the boy, but remembers something he had found in his pocket, he pulled out the torn bits of journal, he warily edged a bit closer to the boy, but not too close, he stopped a few feet away, not wanting to get too close, he still wasn't feeling his best after that fight he had with one of the 7th year kids when he wasn't himself, he took a deep breath, letting it out as a pained sigh before speaking. It still hurt quite a bit to breathe as well as speak*
