*High noon on a London street. The scruffy boy strides angrily along the pavement, his movements hitching a bit, a pressure bandage wrapped around his left hand. Eyes downcast, he navigates by ear, stopping short as a bicycle nearly runs him down.*

*Some things have moved around since he last wandered these avenues, but he is soon learning his way again, identifying by sound and smell the shops, alleys, and byways far from the stone house to which he must return before dark. His face is set in a permanent scowl, his smudged cheeks bearing traces of recent agony, though the outer wounds have been healed or carefully masked. December's full moon couldn't have been more inconveniently timed.*

*The cold bites his nose; he drags a sleeve across his face, thinking bitterly about the school from which he had been snatched the previous day. He is a Ravenclaw. Knowledge is power. Someday, someday the stone house will be too small to hold him, and then the city will be his own.*

Madame Pomfrey is trying to Transfigure the goat into a gnat! But it will escape. It is probably smarter than she is.

I will stay far away from the Hospital Wing today. ~~If she sees me, she will try to test another potion on me.~~

Nell, Dulca, Ornitier, Pique, Rue, Hatter, Kuchiki, Syaoran.... not Dornez..... yessssssss. I had nothing to give to anybody: but the trees in back of the castle were generous. Heh heh heh heh....
